Return & Replacement Policy
Returns
You have 4 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Items can only be refunded if there is any manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you should have a valid reason.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you fill the form within 3 days, the return window will be open until the issue is solved.
Replacement
You can replace the product in case of defect or received the wrong product from our end. In these cases, you will get a free replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 24 working hours.
What Manufacturing defect includes?
Manufacturing defect includes Fitting Issue, Alignment Issue, Scratched Surface and Missing Parts.
What Manufacturing defect does not includes?
Minor colour difference, customer ordering incorrect model etc.
